About This Blog

Welcome.

This is a space for the thoughts that don’t fit neatly into conversations.

The ones that keep you awake at 2 a.m.

The ones you replay in your head while driving, showering, working, or pretending you’re completely fine.

This blog started during a chapter of my life that I never expected to be writing about: heartbreak.

What began as a way to make sense of one experience slowly became a place to explore many others: love, loss, healing, jealousy, hope, growth, and the strange process of becoming someone new after life changes direction.

You’ll find personal stories here.

Some funny.

Some embarrassing.

Some painfully honest.

Most written while overthinking something I probably should have let go of hours ago.

This isn’t a self-help blog.

I don’t have a five-step plan to fix your life.

I’m not an expert on relationships.

I’m just someone trying to understand her own experiences by putting them into words.

If you’ve ever loved someone you couldn’t forget, stayed too long, left too late, missed someone you shouldn’t, or found yourself rebuilding after disappointment, you might feel at home here.

And if you’re simply curious, welcome anyway.

Thank you for reading.

I hope you find something here that makes you feel a little less alone.
